RETURN POLICY

Hi amiga! Thank you so much for shopping with us! Our goal is to make sure that you love your purchase, but in the case that there are any issues we have a very simple hassle-free return policy. All we ask is for the items to be returned in their original, brand new, unworn, and unwashed condition. Below are the conditions that must be met before performing a return.

Items must be returned within 2 weeks of the tracking number stating the items were delivered.

Items returned must have original tags, contain no stains, must be odor-less, and be in new condition. We will only accept returns if the item(s) is eligible to be resold.

Clearance/sale items are final sale.

Bodysuits/intimates are final sale due to hygiene purposes.

No white items may be returned.

Returns are for store credit ONLINE only and vice versa. Will be funded in the form of a gift card.

All return shipping fees must be paid by customer. No return labels provided.

* ALL RETURNED ITEMS ARE INSPECTED THOROUGHLY SO NO USED, DAMAGED, OR STAINED ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

SWEETIES RETURN FORM

You will need to include this form along with your invoice form included in the package in addition to the items you are returning with original packaging and tags. You may ship the items using the original packaging it arrived in. We recommend using USPS or UPS when shipping back the package to our address.

Please email us with your tracking number and we will process your return for store credit within 3 business days of receiving the package.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Unfortunately, we do not perform cancellations at Sweeties Fashion. We incur fees for every order placed and are unable to recover those fees when performing any refund. If there is a fraudulent order or other situation, please email us so we can assist you in whichever way we can.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

To ensure that your package is properly delivered, and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.  Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly.  If there are issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues.  

If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact as soon as possible at hello@sweetiesfashion.com.  We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address.  If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, and you have not received it (lost/stolen).  You must take this up with the United States Postal Service/UPS (depending on the carrier's tracking information provided. Sweeties Fashion does not hold responsibility for package that state delivered. Shipping fees are non-refundable nor the order.

Just a reminder that orders are processed Monday-Saturday during USPS business hours only. Your order may be shipped same business day or on the following business day. Expedited orders are prioritized and will be shipped same business day. For standard shipping, processing time is 1-2 business days.  After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Shipping times depend on your location and are estimated by the USPS/UPS.

What do I need to include in my return package?

This is my first time returning products, what does your company recommend?

Customers may return the items in the same package they received or any small package from the post office. Once the package is taped and packaged, we recommend shipping with USPS First Class Mail. This method is the most affordable and comes with a tracking number to prove the return shipment. You are welcomed to use other shipping services but they will vary in prices depending on the company and shipping method.

 

Do I have to pay the shipping fees to return the items or will you send me a return label?

Unfortunately we do not provide return labels, all shipping fees must be paid by the customer.

 

How long do I have to return my item(s)?

Please return the items within 2 weeks of the delivery date stated on the tracking information.

 

Do you hold items for returns?

No unfortunately due to excessive hold requests, we cannot hold a specific size for a return. We can’t guarantee that by the time your return reaches us, the size you desire will be available.

 

What will I receive for my return?

You will be receiving a store credit gift card that will be sent via email. We will add up the total spent on the items returned and include that amount in a store credit gift card. You will use this gift card to purchase your desired size exchange or any other exchange of your choice. We do not provide refunds for returns and store credit purchases made online may only be redeemed sweetiesfashion.com.

Do I save my tracking number to prove that I returned my items?

Yes please do! Unfortunately packages do get lost sometimes but with your return tracking information we will know that you did in fact return a package.

 

Can I return an item(s) in store?

Unfortunately, only purchases made in store may be returned in store. Purchases made online must be returned through mail or you can drop off your return at our location. If you selected LOCAL PICKUP at check out, you may be able to exchange your items if they are available in store but only for the same style in a different size. If not, you may fill out the RETURN FORM and drop off the items for store credit and customer service will email you within 3 business days to process your return.

 

If I made an in store return and received a store credit gift card in store may I use it online?

No. In store returns that result in a store credit do not expire and may only be used in store and vice versa. Online store credit may only be redeemed online.

HELP! I’m missing an item/my item arrived damaged or with a defect!

Please email us hello@sweetiesfashion.com as soon as possible with images attached. Please email as soon as possible. We will not accept claims if a week has passed from delivery date. 

 

Please email or call our store if you have any further questions or concerns regarding anything. If you have not heard back from us regarding your return within a week of the shipping date, please email us so we can speed the process up for you. 

* Items must be in their original condition in order to be returned.

*Sale Items are final sale (items purchased in the clearance sale section) Items that were purchased with discount code and were not in the clearance sale section are eligible to be returned. 

 

I received my package a while ago, but I just tried on the items and want to exchange or noticed a defect!

We kindly ask that you try on and inspect your items as soon as they are received. We do not accept returns past the 2 week mark or damaged item claims past 1 week from receiving the items. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

 

I washed my item and now it is damaged!!

We recommend following the washing instructions on the label attached inside the item.  Once an item has been worn or washed, we will no longer accept your claim or return. Ownership transfers completely from our business to consumer as soon as the item is worn or washed (whichever is done first). No exceptions. 

We kindly ask that you inspect all items before wearing or washing. 

 

I only wore my item once or a few times can I still return if it damages, find a defect, or no longer like it?

We will not be able to accept your return, issue a refund, or store credit for an item that has been worn or washed.
