Orders are usually ready on the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email and a notification when your items are ready for pickup.

You will not be able to pickup your order WITHOUT your confirmation email present.

PLEASE EXPECT DELAYS FOR ORDERS MADE DURING SALES!

Orders are always processed in the order they are received but please keep in mind that during our sales we receive an overwhelming amount of orders and it may take more than 24 hours to process your pick up orders. If you have ordered only 1 item, we may expedite your pickup time but if you have a large order, it may be longer.

Can I return an item(s) in store?

Unfortunately, only purchases made in store may be returned in store. Purchases made online must be returned through mail or you can drop off your return at our location.

If you selected LOCAL PICKUP at check out, you may be able to exchange your items if they are available in store but only for the same style in a different size. If not, you may fill out the RETURN FORM and drop off the items for exchange and customer service will email you within 3 business days to process your return.
